We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities will include the following:
•Keep database up to date with inventory
•Scan and Index various documents
•Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
•Research & Shop for parts
•Keep Shop Clean /Organized
•Maintain Parts organized
•Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, scanner, copy machine, and computer
•Receive deliveries; sort and input into system
•Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
•Perform all other data entry responsibilities
Qualifications:
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Experience in data entry
•Basic computer Skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook
•Must have good organization skills
•Ability to prioritize and multitask
•Must be bilingual English/Spanish
